Jefferson Park, located on the edge of Richmond’s Union Hill neighborhood, is a picturesque meeting place where friends congregate by the fountain, owners play with their dogs, and couples watch the sunset together. It also holds one of Richmond’s spookier legends beneath it- the Church Hill train tunnel. The tunnel swallowed a train and multiple lives before being sealed off in 1925.
You can find out more by attending one of the #Richmond ghost tours this fall, or simply let the legends lie and enjoy the timelaspe with us.
